My Journey

Having lived with chronic pain most of my life and tried and failed to improve the situation through oh so many interventions, I finally discovered Franklin Method during post-natal recovery. And boy I have not stopped feeling better since. I discovered that you can make yourself feel better through learning and embodying your own body's design and biomechanics with the help of mental imagery and a broad spectrum mind body techniques that Franklin Method proudly offers.
